How long will it take for my order to be shipped/delivered?  

Standard Shipping is 4-7 days and Express Shipping is 1-3 days

New Zealand Standard Shipping is 7 - 12 days

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping (4-7 days) is $8.00 and Express Shipping (1-3 days) is $15.00

New Zealand Standard Shipping is $15.00 (7-12 days). Orders above $1000 NZD will be subject to import duties. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website here

What are your shipping methods?

Within Australia we use Australia Post and offer 2 shipping methods, Standard Shipping (4-7 days) and Express Shipping (1-3 days). 

Within New Zealand we use Australia Post and offer Standard shipping (7-12 days)

Orders placed before 11am will be shipped same-day (Mon-Fri)

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Australia Returns 


Returns within Australia are free of charge and accepted up to 28 days of receipt. All items must come back in original and re-saleable condition, i.e. not be worn, altered or washed, with no stains, markings, pulls or snags, and must have all original LNDR tags attached. 


Exchanges only apply for full-priced items and must be for the same item in a different size/colour depending on availability. On sale items, if you would like to size up, down or a different colour on sale items, we recommend placing another order and returning your original purchase. 


Following an inspection, please allow up to 7 days, depending on volume, for us to process your exchange or refund. Please keep in mind, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear back to your original payment method or bank account. You will receive an email confirmation once actioned.


Refunds are only applicable to the cost of product: original shipping fees will not be refunded.


Refund requests on purchases made via third-party affiliates must be directed to the appropriate retailer.


LNDR does not accept responsibility for any item lost on return, please always retain proof of postage, tracking number and collection reference.


New Zealand Returns 


New Zealand Returns are accepted up to 28 days of receipt. How do I start my refund/exchange process?

Australia Returns Process


If you would like to exchange your item for another size, length or style, please email customercareau@lndr-ldn.com so that we can help to get you into the perfect style(s).

If you wish to return your item and either place another order for an alternative or request a refund, please go to our Returns Portal, enter your email address and order # and follow the steps to place your return request.

Once your return is approved and the free shipping label is generated, please repack your item in the same mailing bag (simply turn inside out) and attach the shipping label, to the outside of the parcel.

Drop your parcel off at a convenient street Post Box 24/7 or at your local Post Office.

Once received, we will assess your return and issue a refund or send out an exchange. Following inspection please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your exchange or refund. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed - this could take between 10-14 days for the funds to appear in your account.


New Zealand Returns Process

Simply repack your item in it's re-saleable condition and place your authorisation form inside the parcel and send it back to our Melbourne warehouse.  Items must be received within 28 days. When will I receive my exchange?

If the product(s) are available, LNDR will despatch your exchange.

Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for us to get your exchange back to you. Once we have received your items, we will endeavour to exchange out as soon as possible.

What if my item is incorrect/faulty?

It doesn't happen often, but if you do have an occasion where you have received a damaged/faulty or incorrect item please contact us at customercareau@lndr-ldn.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take it from there!
